In the gold mineral deposit, the most important is native gold. Grown out of original ore deposit is called mountain gold, grown out of ore deposit (generally mixed with other minerals or rocks) is called lode gold or vein gold, grown out of sand deposit is called alluvial gold or placer gold. Nowadays, in the world most gold exists in these types of deposits:

1.Quartz vein gold deposit: it is named from quartz ores, generally this type of ore deposit presents lode or mesh lode type, there are native gold, copper pyrites and iron pyrite, etc in the ore, and quartz, carbonate, fluorite, barite and tourmaline and soda fledspar in the gangue ores.

2.Alluvial gold or placer gold: in the world, about one third of gold comes from this type of gold, most common type is placer deposit, and has high industry value.

3.The volcanic rock gold mine.

Generally speaking, gold ore separating process includes three steps: classification, washing and separating.

Classification and washing is premise and preparation process before separating. Classification is based on the principle of different size of particles have different gravity, separate the minerals into qualified particles and non-qualified to reach the separating process requirements. When clay content more than 10% in 200 meshes slurry, the mineral need to be washed.

Separating process mainly includes flotation and gravity two kinds of separating methods. Flotation process refers to our professional flotation machine, it is suitable for rock gold. And gravity separating refers to jigger, gold concentrator, gold sluice, spiral chute and shaking table, etc equipment.

Gold sluice is a kind of traditional gold separating equipment, it is consisted with a simple steel structure and a special rubber mat, slurry flow on the surface naturally and the rubber mat is responsible to catch the gold particles. This equipment is easy to install and operate, no power consumption.

Spiral chute is popular for its large capacity, can remove large quantity of gangue so to achieve concentrate at once, greatly save ores beneficiation cost.

Shaking table is well known its high enrichment ratio, is the best equipment for gold extraction and refining, and it is the last equipment in the whole plant, the native gold particles after process can smelt directly.
