I. Stable Feeding System Ensures Continuous Operation

II. Efficient Primary Crushing for Hard River Pebbles
A PE series jaw crusher is used for primary crushing. Its deep V-shaped crushing chamber and high crushing ratio allow it to efficiently process hard river pebbles, reducing large raw materials into suitable feed sizes for the sand-making stage while maintaining stable performance under heavy loads.
III. Core Sand Shaping with VSI Technology
The VSI vertical shaft impact crusher serves as the core equipment of the system. Using a combination of “rock-on-rock” and “rock-on-iron” crushing principles, it delivers high-speed impact shaping to produce high-quality cubical sand. The result is improved particle shape, better gradation, and higher commercial value for downstream concrete applications.
IV. Precise Screening and Grading System
A YK circular vibrating screen is used for multi-layer classification. It accurately separates finished sand into different size ranges while ensuring consistent grading modulus. Oversized material is returned to the VSI crusher for further processing, forming a closed-loop production system.
The final stage uses an XSD wheel-type sand washing machine to remove impurities, stone powder, and clay content. This significantly improves sand cleanliness and meets high-standard concrete requirements. The integrated water recycling system also reduces water consumption and supports environmentally friendly production.
